MLSD: Saudization (Nitaqat) new ratios
To achieve the objectives of Saudi Arabia 2030 vision, the Ministry of Labor and Social Development (MLSD) has developed a Saudization program called Nitaqat to increase the participation of Saudi nationals in the labor force. To further ensure the efficiency of the program, the MLSD updated the ratios of Nitaqat program.
The new ratios took effect on September 2017. All companies and entities should update their information and status in Nitaqat website to know their new rate in the program.
